Things To Note

Booking Deadline

For Luggage delivery and Moving services, ensure booking is completed at least 24 hours in advance.

Prohibited Items

Animals, plants, frozen items, harmful products, explosives, valuables, cash, passports & other illegal items

Fragile Items

We treat your items with great care. However, fragile items pay twice the normal price because of their special handling.

Price and payment

No nasty surprise, our prices are set in advance. You can pay at the booking stage, in cash at our office.

Luggage/Package Storage
  • Up to 4 hours – 1000 Rwf
  • After 4 hours – 500 Rwf/hour
  • Up to 24 hours – 5000 Rwf
  • Up to 48 hours – 8000 Rwf
  • After 2 days – 3000 Rwf/day
  • After 14 days – 2000 Rwf/day
